Events planners, sponsors, coordinators are responsible for how decorations should look like. One may ask why are they responsible for how the decorations should look like. Event planners choose colors and designs that they think best suit the particular event. Sometimes, sponsors prefers their colors and logos being used for the decorations of an event. When its comes to wedding ceremonies, the favorite colors of the couple are mostly used.

Others also says it is an arts of beatifying a person or an object.
